Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. We will advise you if there will be any delay to your order to make sure you are happy with this.
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over £50.
Some large furniture items carry a charge which is shown in the product basket.
We offer delivery to by our own transport to Surrey, Sussex & Kent, including any assembly, plus removal and recycling of packaging.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change or change made outside our control, therefore we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery .
Sorry, we currently do not offer international delivery.
Returns
We would like to think that you will be entirely delighted with your order but we do also understand there might be an occasion when you have simply changed your mind.
Be assured that we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and if necessary a shipping label.
Please note, that it takes up to 14 days to process a return.
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and therefore every possible precaution is taken to protect the product in transit, to ensure that all goods arrive with you in perfect condition
Return shipping is free for defective items or our errors. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
At times, even though we check all our products and pack them well, items can be damaged in transit, so we always request that the customer should inspect their goods upon receipt of their delivery and notify us (the company) of any defects or damage caused in transit within 48 hours of your receipt of the item. In this event please email a photo of the damage or fault to info@tree-frog.co.uk.
If the contents have been damaged in transit, we will happily exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt of the goods.

With lamps and lighting wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals; ensure the lamps are switched off and unplugged before cleaning. Always use a qualified electrician to install lighting.
With wood products , some require periodically oiling or waxing to upkeep the wood, please ask us for guidance if you are unsure.
