Do you have a Shop?
Yes, we have a lovely shop in West Sussex open six days a week (seven days in December). Situated in the old market town of East Grinstead where here you can view a selected range of our products. If there is a piece you are particularly interested in please call us before to make sure we have it in stock and on show.

Do you deliver overseas?
No, we are afraid we only deliver to the United Kingdom, however please feel free to contact us regarding possible European deliveries.
How long will my order take?
We do hold large stock and endeavour to fulfil your order between 4 and 14 days, but due to the nature of our products of which come from many countries, sometimes we are awaiting shipments, we will let you know if there is to be any delay and make sure you are happy to wait.
When do you process my payment?
As a considerate company and we want to make sure you are happy with delivery schedule we only process payment when we are sure we can fulfil your order in our specified time or in the time you are satisfied with.
Why do you only deliver furniture to Surrey, Sussex & Kent.
We can also deliver to other destinations in fact we have delivered from Scotland to Spain, but basically, we like to deliver ourselves, in our vans, by our guys… assuring we can offer you the best personal service and to lessen the risk of any damage or problems that could occur using a third-party company.
Will my order arrive fully assembled and placed in my desired room?
When we deliver our furniture to Surrey, Sussex & Kent we always assemble items like beds, wardrobes for you … we also place your furniture in the desired room and take away all the packaging.
Smaller items such as lamps and some small items of furniture sent by courier might require a small amount of assembly.
What happens if my furniture does not fit?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event of us delivering your furniture damaged will sort out any problems straight away. If your order arrives by courier damaged please call or email us straight away so we can rectify the situation.
What is your returns policy?
You can return any goods (excluding bespoke items) to us within 28 days of receipt and we will refund you the full value of your items. Please advise us before sending your goods back so we can expect them, items need to be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices quoted by us include VAT at 20%
Do you work with the trade?
Yes, we work with interior designers, hotels, television companies, restaurants and show homes. We offer a full sourcing service with applicable discounts, please email or call us with your proposed project.
Do you price match?
We travel the world sourcing unique products for our store that cannot be found in other UK stores, however naturally we also do have products that can be found in other stores and for these we offer a price match service.
If you do happen to find one of our products being sold genuinely at a cheaper price, please do let us know and we will endeavour to match this price and still give you the quality and service that you would come to expect at Tree Frog.
Service and peace of mind is important to you and to us so this applies to another high-street shop/ website with High Street presence, and is not applicable to online only shops.
(we don’t match online-only or mail order businesses such as Amazon, EBAY, ASOS etc)
